TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. SCOPE OF AVAILABILITY

These general Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) govern your purchases of Coqui Coqui products (“Products”) from the website www.coquicoqui.com (“Website”). The vendor of the Products is Coqui Coqui Spa Sa de Cv (Mexico, Latam, USA, and Canada) and Coqui Coqui Perfumes SAS (Europe and Rest of the world) (hereinafter “Coqui Coqui,” “Vendor,” “We,” or “Us”).

In this TCS, “Customer” shall mean any person, consumer, or non-professional, placing an order for Product(s) listed for sale on the Website. Coqui Coqui reserves the right to amend or update these TCS at any time and without notice. Any changes to the TCS will only apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of the modifications. Modifications shall not affect the TCS accepted by the Customer at the time the order was placed. Any order placed on the Coqui Coqui online store constitutes full and complete acceptance of these TCS by the Customer making the purchase.

1.2. INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

1.2.1. Products Reserved Strictly for Personal Use

Coqui Coqui sells Products online to consumers and non-professionals. Products are meant strictly for use by the Customer and not for resale. Coqui Coqui reserves the right to decline fulfillment of any order that does not align with personal or non-professional needs. Restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, using the same card, or having the same billing/shipping address. Such restrictions may apply even if the order was initially validated via receipt.

1.2.2. Information Regarding the Products

Pictures of the products offered for sale on the Website are presented as accurately as possible, but they may not correspond exactly to the actual appearance of the Products. Specifications, illustrations, and descriptions are subject to slight variations.

1.2.3. Changes Made to Products

Coqui Coqui reserves the right to change or discontinue a Product or any of its features without notice. Customers will be notified if their order cannot be processed due to Product unavailability.

1.3. PRICES

Prices are displayed in USD, Euros, or Mexican Pesos and exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed before payment confirmation. Coqui Coqui reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2. ORDER

2.1. Order Process

Customers may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. They must select Products, add them to the basket, and confirm the delivery and billing details before proceeding to payment. Once payment is confirmed, Customers will receive an order confirmation email. Coqui Coqui reserves the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons, such as Product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. PAYMENT

Payments must be made at the time of order placement using a credit or debit card. Accepted cards include Amex, Visa, and MasterCard. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which implements 3D Secure measures. If payment cannot be processed, the order will be canceled.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CONDITIONS

4.1. Delivery Conditions

Products will be delivered via carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or La Poste, depending on the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

4.2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are displayed during checkout and added to the order total before payment confirmation.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1. Returns

Customers must notify Coqui Coqui within 14 days to return Products. Returns must be made in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

6.2. Order Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of their shipment. Delivery costs will not be refunded for partial returns.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Coqui Coqui’s liability is limited to the price of the Products purchased. Coqui Coqui is not responsible for indirect damages or misuse of Products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Coqui Coqui and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of France and Mexico.
